New Market Penetration: Introduce and sell the company's new products (e.g., GFRP, C-Channel, UPVC Wall Cladding/Sheet Pile, Vinyl Roof, and Medical Products) to target customer groups including project owners, designers/architects, contractors, government agencies, and B2B clients.
Product Ideation & Market Survey: Collaborate with the product development team (Product Testing / Market Survey) in the market, identify customer pain points, and use feedback to develop products that meet customer needs.
Project Pipeline Management: Track the status of various projects, from cost estimation and standard package creation to quotation and final sale closing.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Partner Organizations (CBM) to ensure a smooth new product launch process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
3 - 5 years experience in Sales & Construction Materials will be advantaged
Having basic understanding of consumer behavior and marketing research
Customer Network: Having a database or connections with architects, large-scale project contractors, real estate developers, or industrial factory clients
