Job Description

What You'll Do On a Typical Day

  • Establish PERI as a reliable and high-quality supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems
  • Consistently achieve annual sales turnover target through focused sales execution
  • Identifying new potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship
  • Develop, maintain and grow turnovers from existing customers
  • Develop and maintain a project pipeline for your geographical area of responsibility
  • Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored formwork concepts using PERI products during client consultations
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers
  • Strong relationship building with excellent communication and negotiation skills

What You'll Need To Be Successful

  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Sales, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • 2 - 5 years of proven sales and technical experience in construction or related industries (Formwork / Scaffolding preferred)
  • Good understanding of scaffolding and formwork systems, their applications, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
  • Strong understanding of CAD drawings, concrete applications, and the rental market
  • Experienced in CRM applications and data-driven sales management
  • Experience working with contractors, developers, or construction sites is highly valued
  • Skilled in cost optimization, price management, and business development
  • Extensive network within the construction industry
