Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and build strong, trust-based relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating terms, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, customer support, and after-sales service. The Sales Executive will also maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, including active listening and clear, professional speaking and writing.
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a field sales or business development role, preferably in an industrial or electronics-related sector, is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Mumbai and visiting customer locations as needed.
