About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to drive significant yacht sales, cultivate deep client relationships, and embody the prestigious Ferretti Group brands across Thailand, with a primary focus on the discerning markets in Phuket and Bangkok.
This role features a competitive commission-based structure tied directly to sales performance, complemented by a base salary of up to 75,000 THB (dependent on experience and background).
Locations: Based in Bangkok (60%) / Phuket (40%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage high-net-worth (HNW) clients through strategic networking and market analysis.
- Brand Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ferretti Group brands to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Sales Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to final closure.
- Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional post-sales service to drive long-term loyalty and referrals.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with Marketing on targeted campaigns and liaise with the international Ferretti Group shipyard teams.
- Client Experience: Lead seamless vessel handovers and coordinate with After-Sales to support the entire ownership journey.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor luxury trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at international boat shows and exclusive client events.
- Maintain a flexible schedule with frequent travel to Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, and overseas.
- Lead the development of new digital channels and high-end content creation, leveraging your personal social media influence to drive brand growth and lifestyle engagement for our exclusive yacht portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Background in high-value luxury sales (Yachting, Automotive, Aviation, or Real Estate preferred).
- Languages: Native Thai fluency and professional English proficiency are mandatory
- HNW Networking: Experience in building and cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solver, highly organized, and able to perform under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
- Familiarity with the luxury lifestyle or marine industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Eligibility: Must be a Thai national or hold a valid Thai work permit
