Sales Executive
Collaborate with managers and senior staff in planning business development, visiting customers, taking care of and developing current clients, finding and presenting services to new customers, providing after-sales service, resolving complaints, and participating in improving sales plans to achieve team goals, enhance service efficiency, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with overseas agents, local customers, and Operations team to support business and resolve issues
- Develop new business opportunities, expand existing customer portfolios, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Visit customers regularly to gather feedback, understand key challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with Operations to improve services and meet customer requirements
- Follow up on customer payments according to company credit terms
- Prepare sales reports, track performance, and monitor business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to support sales strategies
- Handle rate inquiries and coordinate quotations via Rate Runner
- Participate in sales meetings and company training sessions
Qualification and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience(fresh graduates are welcome), preferably inlogistics, freight forwarding, or related industries
- Proven track record of sales achievements, both individually and as part of a team
- Good English communication skills;Chinese language skills are a plus
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Sales-driven, with understanding of profitability, P&L, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, independent, and capable of driving business growth
- Team-oriented with leadership skills, able to organize and motivate the team toward shared goals
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and customer relationship management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients as required
