Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company revenue targets.
  • Identify project and market opportunities across Thailand.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations to consultants, contractors, designers, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales quotations aligned with pricing policies and submit recommendations for approval.
  • Lead and manage sales and business development teams to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets; maintain weekly forecast updates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and conduct SWOT analyses.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities, project status, achievements, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, and finance teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Marketing/Sales), Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial, environmental, or construction materials sales management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering calculations.
  • Understanding of cost accounting and profit–loss analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management capability.
  • Excellent strategic planning, market analysis, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • High business acumen with strong analytical capability.
