Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Proactively develop, identify and lock in key clients and decision-makers for overseas photovoltaic power station projects.
  2. Conduct in-depth follow-up on potential project opportunities, accurately capture client demands, and formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
  3. Facilitate technical proposal communication, commercial negotiations and contract signing to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Coordinate internal resources (technical, production and logistics teams) to drive on-time and high-quality order fulfillment.
  5. Establish and sustain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients to improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Collect and analyze regional market trends and competitor intelligence to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements

  1. Able to work proficiently in Thai 、Chineseand English.Applicants who cannot speak Chinese shall possess PV or new energy industry experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in any industry; candidates with PV industry background are preferred.
  3. Strong stress resistance and adaptability, goal-oriented, flexible thinking and outstanding execution capability.
  4. This position is based in Thailand with mostly remote work. Do not apply if this working arrangement is unacceptable to you.

岗位职责:

1、主动开发、识别并锁定海外光伏电站项目中的大客户及关键决策者。

2、深度跟进潜在项目机会,精准把握客户需求,制定并执行有效的销售策略。

3、推动技术方案沟通、商务谈判及合同签订,确保项目成功落地。

4、协调内部资源(技术、生产、物流),推动订单按时、高质量交付。

5、建立并维护与大客户的长期战略合作关系,提升客户满意度。

6、收集分析区域市场动态、竞争对手信息,为决策提供支持。

任职要求:

1、泰语、中文、英语三种语言皆可以作为工作语言

2、3年及以上销售工作经验,行业不限,优先考虑光伏相关行业

3、具备较强的抗压能力和适应能力,目标感强,思维灵活,具备极强的执行力

4、该岗位base泰国,大部分时间居家办公,介意请勿投递
