Sales Manager – Thailand (Technical / Engineering Sales)

We are working with a leading European engineering company specializing in precision fluid dispensing systems, supporting industries such as electronics, automotive, aerospace, and medical manufacturing.

Due to continued growth in Thailand, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to drive business development and provide technical solutions to customers across the region.

The Role

This is a hands-on, technical sales position combining business development, application support, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and win new business opportunities across Thailand
• Provide technical support, system setup, and troubleshooting
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical solutions for customers
• Build strong relationships with key clients across multiple industries
• Conduct regular site visits and support customers on-site
• Collaborate with regional and HQ team

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in technical sales or application engineering
• Background in dispensing systems, adhesives, fluid control, or automation
• Hands-on experience with machinery, wiring, or fluid systems
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to close business
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel across Thailand
