Are you passionate about sales, business development, and building strong client relationships We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Commercial Laundry to identify new opportunities, engage investors, and help grow our hospitality network across the market.

What you'll do

• Identify and target potential customers in Hospitality, Commercial Laundry operators, and franchisees through market research, networking, and digital outreach to drive sales of Commercial Laundry Equipment and Laundry Solutions.
• Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads.
• Present products and solutions through compelling presentations and detailed proposals.
• Conduct initial outreach and qualification meetings to assess customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through quotation, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to new clients during the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, service, and finance) to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes in the commercial laundry and hospitality industries.
• Use market insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Laundry Equipment Sales, Commercial Washing Machines, Hospitality Equipment Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and commercial models that drive growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong understanding of commercial laundry operations and customer requirements within hospitality, healthcare, or laundry businesses.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business proposal preparation.
• Experience selling industrial/commercial washing machines and developing customers in hotels, resorts, hospitals, or commercial laundry businesses will be highly preferred.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory, both written and spoken.
