Job Description

If you have a deep love for creativity, a strong commercial instinct, and a network within India's brand and marketing ecosystem — this is your stage.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage with mid-to-large brands across India — Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Pharma, DTC, Tech, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Wellness, and more.
  • Build strong relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Creative Directors to pitch our motion-first creative solutions.
  • Lead outbound efforts via LinkedIn, email, events, and warm intros.
  • Own the entire sales funnel — from prospecting to pitching to closing.
  • Collaborate with creative leadership to craft strategic proposals and pitch decks.
  • Represent All in Motion at industry events (virtual & in-person) as a passionate brand evangelist.

We'd Love to Work With Someone Who:

  • Has 4+ years in business development, brand partnerships, or sales at a creative agency or production studio.
  • Has a strong network in India's marketing and brand landscape.
  • Is familiar with motion design, video production, content marketing, or design services.
  • Works independently, thinks strategically, and communicates with clarity and charisma.
  • Balances creative sensibility with commercial drive.
  • Experience selling to both B2B and B2C brands
  • Background in brand storytelling or creative services
  • Has worked at or with creative agencies
