Job Description

Business Analyst responsible for bridging business and technology teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for supply chain and manufacturing processes. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve business processes, support system implementations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with supply chain and manufacturing stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements. The role requires strong expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and master data domains. The candidate will support transformation initiatives and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis

• Work on master data domains (materials, vendors, BOMs, routes)
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with system solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business
• Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing/supply chain domain
• Strong understanding of business processes
