Lead SPX retail growth strategy to drive seller volume growth, coverage expansion, and overall network performance
Identify growth and optimization opportunities across regions, seller segments, and service points using data-driven analysis
Analyze performance gaps across volume, utilization, cost, and service levels, and define targeted improvement actions
Design and execute initiatives to increase seller adoption and usage, including service point optimization, product/application improvements, and marketing levers
Act as PMO for retail growth and optimization initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring disciplined execution
Track and report key performance metrics, monitor initiative outcomes, and continuously refine strategy based on results
Requirements
35 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or expansion roles (logistics, e-commerce, or platform businesses preferred)
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis (SQL skill is preferred)
Proven ability to drive projects from strategy formulation to on-the-ground execution
Structured problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
Exposure to cross-functional program management in fast-paced environments
