Senior Account Manager Energy & Data Center

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive business development and strategic account growth across the Energy and Data Center sectors in Thailand.

The ideal candidate will be a Thai nationality with 5–8+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of the local market, and an established network with leading companies across the Energy, Power, Telecommunications, Data Center, and Digital Infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage strategic accounts across the Energy and Data Center markets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development to closing.

4. Understand customers investment plans, expansion projects, and business requirements.

5. Work closely with internal solution, technical, engineering, and management teams to develop customer solutions and proposals.

6. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide market intelligence and sales forecasts.

7. Develop relationships with key ecosystem partners, including EPCs, consultants, and system integrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• Local Thai with strong knowledge of the Thai business environment.
• At least 5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Relevant experience in Energy, Power, Data Center, Telecommunications, Digital Infrastructure, Electrical Infrastructure, or related industries.
• Active sales experience with an ability to open new market.
• Established relationships with leading customers and senior stakeholders in Thailand.
• Proven track record in managing strategic accounts and complex, high-value sales opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English is a must.
