Senior BD Representative (edtech)

Salary: 2000 - 4000 USD + commission

The Mission: What You'll Do

● Ground-Up Lead Gen: Actively prospect, cold call, and network to open doors with schools, universities, and learning centers across Thailand

● Early-Stage Penetration: Turn cold prospects into foundational partners, closing the initial wave of deals that will establish Company's presence

● Localize the Pitch: Translate Company's global value proposition into a compelling narrative that addresses the specific pain points of Thai educators

● HQ Feedback Loop: Act as our eyes and ears. Gather local market insights to help HQ optimize product features, pricing, and strategy for Thailand

Who You Are

● The Hunter Mentality: You don't wait for inbound leads. You view No as the start of a negotiation and possess relentless resilience

● Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or SaaS/EdTech expansion. Experience selling to the education sector, especially tutoring centers or international schools, is highly preferred

● Strategic Education Consultant: Understand how educational centers operate, recruit, and retain students. You uncover critical gaps in their current setup and show executive leadership exactly how Company bridges those gaps

● 0-to-1 Comfort: You thrive in ambiguity. You don't need a perfect corporate playbook - you enjoy helping write it

● Languages: Thai with excellent professional English (for close collaboration with our regional and HQ teams)
