Senior Credit Risk Manager
Job Description
- Managing risk team for Thailand operations, comprising of Credit Analyst, Credit Admin & Collections
personnel
- Overseeing approval process, including credit analysis of potential borrowers
- Coordinate with data & credit analytics team and develop financial models, conduct benchmarking &
process analysis
- Understand and assimilate market trends and credit bureau data for meaningful credit analysis
- Oversee credit operations & collections and manage end to end risk process
- Oversee compliance activities, including KYC/AML checks and regulatory reporting as stipulated by the regulators
- Guide & monitor sales team to explore solutions
- Conceptualize and develop new products suitable for retail, micro and SME market
- Manage the implementation of the risk function, including:
- Processes, tools, and systems to identify, assess, and report risks for a rapidly growing portfolio of loans Development of credit administration, debt management and risk mitigation processes
- Perform any other duties or obligations as may be instructed or assigned by the Company to you
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields e.g. Business, Economics or etc.
- At least 2 years of work experience (Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
- Energetic and good interpersonal skill
- Be able to work independently
- Strong communication skill.
