Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning, Business Analysis & Project Coordination
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organisation.
- Conduct market research, industry assessments, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Analyse operational, commercial, and financial data, and develop business cases, feasibility studies, financial models, and investment assessments to support decision-making.
- Support strategic investments, partnerships, and corporate transactions through due diligence, financial evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and other materials to support strategic reviews and leadership discussions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, and track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items to support effective execution.
- Support annual strategic planning, business reviews, and other cross-functional strategic initiatives.
2. Hospital Partnership & Business Development
Support the identification, evaluation, and development of hospital laboratory outsourcing opportunities.
- Research and evaluate hospital partnership opportunities through market, commercial, and financial assessments.
- Prepare proposals, business cases, and partnership recommendations to support decision-making.
- Coordinate engagement with hospital stakeholders and business partners throughout project development.
- Maintain the business development pipeline and track opportunity progress.
- Support negotiations and implementation of approved partnership initiatives.
3. Commercial & Performance Analytics
Provide analytical support to improve commercial performance and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards and KPI reports.
- Analyse revenue trends, customer performance, profitability, and business drivers.
- Assist departments in evaluating investment opportunities and resource allocation decisions, which may include scenario modelling, sensitivity analyses, and pricing reviews.
4. CEO & Management Support
Provide analytical and coordination support for management-level initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and decision-making forums.
- Coordinate information gathering across departments for strategic reviews.
- Support selected governance, leadership, and organisational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline. An MBA is an added advantage.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Development, Commercial Finance, Management Consulting, or related fields. Experience in diagnostics, hospitals, or healthcare services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organisational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Thai and English), including the ability to prepare and present clear management recommendations.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and resourceful, with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel domestically as required for business development and strategic project activities.
