Responsibilities
- Assess and develop enterprise risk management plans by identifying, evaluating, monitoring, and mitigating potential future risks. This includes strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks. Also responsible for defining internal control activities within the finance function and business continuity planning.
- Define and review accounting data requirements and investment project categories to ensure accurate and timely data preparation.
- Analyze and evaluate investment projects and related factors such as business conditions, market trends, and emerging technologies to develop comprehensive financial models.
- Plan, monitor, and manage the progress of investment projects across Mitr Phol Group, acting as a liaison between business units and affiliated companies.
- Analyze and review accounting systems, financial performance, financial ratios, and investment returns, including scenario analysis for various investment initiatives.
- Collaborate in the analysis and implementation of financial digital transformation projects across the group.
- Provide accounting and financial advisory support to business units and affiliated companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in financial management within large-scale organizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and advanced financial data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of strategic financial planning, risk management & compliance, and capital allocation & investment strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
