Key Responsibilities
HR Leadership:
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities across Thailand.
- Act as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, providing guidance on organization design, workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development.
- Ensure consistent implementation of global HR policies and DOA (delegation of authority) while adapting to local labor laws, cultural contexts, and market practices.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and leadership capability across the region.
- Provide oversight, guidance, and coaching to country HR leaders and teams, building strong and high-performing HR organizations.
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with all local employment regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masters degree or professional HR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant regional leadership exposure in Thailand.
- Proven experience leading global or regional Compensation & Benefits programs in a complex, multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand labor laws and HR practices.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing at the leadership level.
