ISH INTERIOR DESIGN - an established Singapore name, is expanding our business to Bangkok and Malaysia, Indonesia, and China also. We provides interior design solutions and build services to multinational corporations (MNCs) offices across the region. Providing solutions for office renovations, we deliver top notch quality office design and build and interior fit-out and build services for businesses from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts, considering clientrequirements, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs.
Translate design concepts into detailed plans, drawings, and specifications, incorporatingmaterials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting solutions.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate interior designelements seamlessly into overall project plans.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth anddevelopment within the team.
Oversee the selection and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E),ensuring alignment with design concepts, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address design challenges, and ensurecompliance with design intent.
Cultivate strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador for ourdesign firm.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices,incorporating relevant insights into our projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master'sdegree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on Office Renovation ,commercial.
Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion, demonstratingcreativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, AdobeCreative Suite, and Revit
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards relevant to interiordesign.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts persuasivelyand collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior designers and leading project teams.
