As a Senior Manager, Influencer Creative Planning at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership to craft impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results for our clients.
What You&aposll Do
Lead the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas tailored to client objectives and market trends.
Collaborate closely with strategic planning, account management, and influencer management teams to align campaign direction with business goals.
Design and oversee KOL content plans, ensuring authenticity, engagement, and brand alignment.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timeliness, quality, and performance KPIs.
Provide creative leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and platform innovations to continuously elevate campaign creativity.
Leverage AI technologies and emerging tools to enhance campaign ideation, content creation, and performance optimization.
Guide and set the creative direction for the team annually, ensuring alignment with business goals, market evolution, and innovation roadmaps.
Analyze campaign outcomes, generate insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Who You Are
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
8+ years of experience in creative planning, influencer marketing, or digital campaign management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in developing and executing influencer-driven creative campaigns with measurable impact.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into engaging influencer content.
Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Solid understanding of KOL/influencer ecosystems across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
Passion for creativity, culture, AI adoption, and digital trends.
