Senior Manager, Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of the company's branding and ensure that communications and advocacy campaigns are integrated across all communication channels
2. Manage production of affiliate marketing materials to ensure consistent quality, image branding and graphic presentation
3. Ensure consistency of all marketing communication and marketing materials with respective departments
4. Present Marketing Communication budget to ensure compliance with the yearly budget
5. Manage team towards strategic marketing and communications goals
6. Maintaining the organization's photo and video resources, including cataloguing images
7. Oversees the quality of all communication tools and artwork for In Store materials and other offline marketing materials e.g. POS, signages
8. Supervise the quality of Makro Mail launched
9. Collaborate with stakeholders on content for marketing communication activities
10. Guide team to produce consistent marketing communication materials according to the marketing strategies and business requirements

Qualifications:

1. Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or relevant field
2. At least 7-10 years marketing communication experience; experience in retail/wholesale is required
3. A strategic thinker and executor; with knowledge in designs and VDO and picture editing software
4. Strong collaboration, communication, project management, teamwork and project and process management skills
5. Comfortable working and multi-tasking in fast-paced environment
