Senior Sales Manager- Newton and Ultra

About the role

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional to drive revenue growth for both Newton and Ultra platforms across the Thailand market. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, and strategic client partnerships across brands and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across Newton and Ultra platforms.
  • Build and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key decision-makers in the Thailand market.
  • Drive consultative sales conversations around performance marketing, app growth, user acquisition, and digital advertising solutions.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing partnerships.
  • Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Strategy, Account Management, Product, and Operations to deliver seamless client solutions.
  • Maintain strong pipeline management, sales forecasting, and reporting discipline.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in digital advertising, adtech, performance marketing, or mobile app ecosystem sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong network across advertisers, agencies, and digital ecosystem stakeholders in Thailand.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
