Senior Professional, Digital Tech (QA)

Job Overview

Design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions across front-end, back-end, and API layers while driving engineering best practices and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Role and Responsibility

• Define test strategies for mobile apps, APIs, backend services, regression, and releases.
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data using manual, automated, and AI-assisted approaches.
• Use Kiro or similar AI tools to analyze requirements, identify coverage gaps, generate test cases, and accelerate automation.
• Build and maintain automated tests and CI/CD quality gates.
• Manage defects, validate root causes, and assess dependencies across APIs and microservices.
• Ensure testing evidence and release readiness meet internal QA standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and central IT QA teams through SIT and UAT.
• Mentor junior QAs and drive continuous improvement in QA practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in iOS and Android testing.
• Strong experience in test design, regression testing, API testing, and test automation.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, Appium, Espresso, XCTest, Flutter testing, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Kiro or GitHub Copilot.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.
• Banking, credit-card, or lending experience is an advantage.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
