Senior Relationship Manager / Team Lead (Factoring & Business Loans)

Summary:

You will drive portfolio growth and modernize lending products. As the key relationship manager with Enterprise Singapore, you'll ensure strategic partnerships. You'll lead the team, ensuring performance and fostering growth, while maintaining compliance and managing risk.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow the existing client portfolio.
2. Acquire new clients to expand the business.
3. Coach, guide, and develop the team, ensuring accountability for results.
4. Collaborate across departments—credit, compliance, operations, tech—to refine processes.
5. Build and optimize referral, partnership, and direct acquisition channels.
6. Ensure compliance and manage risk while maintaining strong collections and acceptable loss levels.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in lending or financial services.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Factoring experience is a strong plus.
• Growth mindset, team player, and continuous improvement ethos.
