We Are Seeking: Senior Specialist, RPA (Finance)

This is a hands-on role focused on designing and delivering automation solutions for finance operations. You&aposll work closely with finance stakeholders to identify opportunities, build secure and scalable bots using Blue Prism and Power Platform, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives.

The role is ideal for someone with deep RPA experience, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for solving complex business problems through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance teams to identify automation opportunities
• Design and deliver end-to-end RPA solutions using Blue Prism and Power Platform
• Ensure automation projects meet security and compliance standards
• Contribute to AI and efficiency-driven initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks and optimize bot utilization
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across finance and tech teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in RPA, including 5+ years with Blue Prism and Power Platform
• Proven track record of delivering at least 10 automation projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Experience integrating Blue Prism and Power Automate with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Python
• Exposure to Gen AI and LLM technologies, ideally applied within finance systems
• Familiarity with finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC)
• Bonus: Experience with OCR tools (Rossum), process mining (Celonis), Alteryx, Gen AI, and full-stack development
