Job Purpose

Responsible to perform all the activities required to provide technical support to internal/external customers; set up, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and repair injection molding systems. Working with the call center, spare parts, & customers directly to diagnose issues.

Develop & Maintain customer relations

Effective troubleshooting/problem diagnosis

Meeting Husky's high quality standard of work: First time Fix

Customer recommendations/suggestions

Act as Trustsed Advisor to the customer

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (college or university degree)in a related technical subject is required
• Minimum 2 year Technical Associates degree/diploma 3. Experience with Husky equipment and/or injection molding including assembly, testing, service and engineering with all Husky products including machines, molds, robots and other product handling equipment would be an preferrable
• Mechanical service technician related experience in MNC industries is a must
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies
• Strong electrical background and mechanically inclined.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, interact effectively and professionally with customers
• Ability to interface effectively across manufacturing, engineering, sales and service functions
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to obtain and exchange complex technical information
• Good computer skills and operation knowledge of Windows based applications
• Additional language other than English would be considered an asset
• Strong problem resolution skills with a proven ability to think outside of the box
• Positive atitute and work ethic
• Energenic
• Ability to write a detailed report
• Flexible to travel locally and other countries in South Asia.
