Responsibilities:
Set up, troubleshoot and repair Husky product independently.
Provide regular and effective paper service report,one copy to customer with their signed up. One copy send back to service coordinator for consolidation on weekly base.
Effecitve and proper communication to customer in each task.
Develop and maintenance customer relationship.
Qualification:
Excellent troubleshooting skills [i.e. analytical, diagnostic and technical problem solving skills]
Bachelor's degree prefered, major in electrical/mechanical/mechatronic engineering
2 to 5 years experience of relevant industrial experience, 2+ years in plastics machinery service experience is preferred.
Able to read Hydraulic schematic and electric drawing.
Good local language communication skills
Good customer oriented mindset.
Team player.
English: fluent in reading, writing and Listening/speaking.
