SME Insurance Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build relationship and develop new business opportunities with both Thai and international clients/partners.
2. Collaborate with supervisor and team member to formulate business strategy plan, and effectively present business proposal to prospective Thai and foreign clients.
3. Negotiate with partners and clients to achieve designated business goal and objective.
4. Assist colleagues in communicating, coordinating and working effectively with foreigners
5. Perform other ad-hoc task and assignment as directed by supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development within the insurance and/or automative industries
• Strong English communication skills (proficiency in Chinese would be a plus/will be an advantage)
• Highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
• Thrive in a challenging environment with a strong passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance work efficiency.
