With state-of-the-art facilities in Bangalore, we offer advanced 3D packaging solutions to meet the demands of high-density, high-performance systems across various industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, telecommunications, and green energy.

We are looking for a hungry, self-driven business development professional to open new strategic accounts for izmo micro across EV, automotive electronics, renewable energy, battery storage, industrial electronics, telecom, aerospace/defence and other advanced engineering markets.

This is not a component sales role. We are looking for someone who can sell engineering solutions around efficiency, miniaturisation, reliability, thermal performance, embedded electronics, module integration and full subsystem design.

Experience Required

  • 8 12 years of B2B solution sales or business development experience in advanced electronics, embedded systems, power electronics, EV systems, automotive electronics, industrial automation, renewable energy, battery systems, telecom hardware or engineering design services.
  • Proven ability to hunt for new accounts, open senior-level doors and create opportunities where the customer may not already have a defined RFQ.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to CTOs, R&D heads, product engineering teams, procurement heads and senior business leaders.
  • Strong track record in consultative selling where the salesperson identifies customer pain points and positions a solution, rather than simply responding to enquiries.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving technical discussions, pilot projects, design-in opportunities, commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships.

Skills Required

  • Strong hunter mindset: proactive prospecting, cold outreach, networking, follow-up discipline and ownership of pipeline.
  • Ability to understand customer problems around product size, heat, power efficiency, reliability, cost, manufacturability, localization and integration.
  • Comfortable selling izmo micro s capabilities as a solution: advanced packaging, electronics design, embedded software, module design, subsystem integration and manufacturing.
  • Ability to translate technical pain points into business value such as lower system cost, higher efficiency, smaller product footprint, improved reliability and faster time-to-market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both engineering and management teams.
  • Commercially sharp, persistent and target-driven.

Preferred Profile

The ideal candidate will come from solution sales in electronics design services, embedded systems, EV/power electronics, automotive electronics, industrial automation, telecom hardware, energy systems or engineering services.

We are not looking for a pure semiconductor/component salesperson. We need someone who can sell high-value engineering partnerships and create demand for solutions that combine packaging, electronics design, embedded software and subsystem integration.
