We're hiring a Specialist, Corporate PMO Business to lead and govern a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional projects across True's consumer, B2B, home connectivity, and digital businesses. This role is based hybrid at True HQ in Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities:
(The position is equivalent to Vice President level)
- Act as a strategic PMO for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Align project direction and resource planning with CXOs and senior leaders
- Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks and execution standards
- Monitor project performance, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and recommend corrective actions
- Serve as a control tower for quality, scope, KPIs, and delivery timelines
- Build strong relationships with business unit heads and act as a trusted advisor
- Present dashboards and executive summaries to leadership teams
- Champion transparency, accountability, and execution excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in business/project management, consulting, or strategic execution
- Experience in telco, tech, or digital industries preferred
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (Thai & English)
