Job Summary
This role is responsible for shaping and driving the company's strategic narrative through impactful communication, translating corporate strategy into compelling, purpose-driven stories that elevate leadership positioning and strengthen the company's reputation.
The role enables enterprise-wide employee engagement by delivering clear, timely, and meaningful communication that helps employees understand what the company does, why it matters, and how they contribute—driving alignment, active participation, and strong advocacy both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact communication projects across internal and external stakeholders
- Drive strategic narratives that support corporate priorities and leadership positioning
Big Moves Strategy Storytelling
- Translate key business transformation (Big Moves) into compelling, multi-channel storytelling
Drive integrated communication across:
- Corporate & MCOM social media
- Corporate assets (Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Website)
- Stakeholder engagement and endorsement
Employee Engagement & Strategic Campaign Execution
- Design and execute employee engagement campaigns to support strategy cascading
- Lead key company-wide initiatives, including Strategy Kick-off & Quarterly Townhalls / BU communication cascading
- Drive employee participation, alignment, and advocacy
Employee Communication Content & Channel Management
- Own and manage company-wide internal communications (e.g., corporate announcements and official messaging)
- Develop and oversee employee communication content and distribution channels
- Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, engaging, and aligned with corporate tone and business strategy
- Manage end-to-end communication process, including content development, stakeholder alignment/approvals, and distribution
- Oversee key platforms (e.g., ONE TRUE PAGE, Viva Engage) to drive employee engagement and alignment
Qualifications:
- At least 5-8 years in Employee Communications or related fields, with exposure to business functions (e.g., Sales, Marketing)
- Background in corporate/business environment preferred Certification
- Ability to develop and execute effective communication campaign strategy and execution plan in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex content for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on employee activation and engagement.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to proactively initiate innovative ideas and drive them through to execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing digital communication platforms
- Excellent situational awareness and the ability to respond effectively under pressure. Experience
- Having excellent Thai-English Communication skill (writing and speaking) and storytelling skill
- Know how to effectively communicate on social media and win algorithms
- Creative thinking and excellent execution with project management skills
- Having ability to promote collaborative influence and stakeholder engagement
