Job Description

Job summary.

The role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting bank-wide operational risk information to support effective risk management and informed decision-making. The position focuses on developing dashboards, analytics, and management reports for internal departments as well as for presentation to the Bank's committees, senior executives, and relevant value-chain business units.

Job description.

  • Develop and deploy BPA and RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate) to automate key control testing, strengthen risk detection, and improve control effectiveness.
  • Perform in-depth analysis to identify abnormal patterns and emerging operational risks across key areas, including Financial, Human Resources, Compliance, and NPA/NPL.
  • Develop analytical tools and early-warning indicators to detect risks, prevent fraud, and mitigate operational losses through Business Process Automation (BPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and data-driven solutions.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze operational risk by designing and maintaining effective databases, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support operational risk oversight.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Operational Risk Management functions and cross-functional teams, including IT/Data Warehouse, Legal, ORM, and Compliance, to obtain required data and insights.
  • Manage special assignments and ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking business or support functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, or Compliance.
  • Strong expertise in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Proficient in SAS, advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Business Process Automation and RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, open-minded, and collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and accuracy.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to change and new technologies.
  • Good English communication skills are an advantage.
