Sr. Specialist - AAGI P&C Business Partnership Development - Other FIs Partnership

Providing support to, and building relationships with, responsible financial institutions, partners, and/or non-financial partners; coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure day-to-day issues are resolved promptly and service level agreements (SLAs) are met; collaborating across functions to ensure successful project execution; and monitoring sales performance, market trends, and target achievement.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support to and build strong relationships with assigned partners.
• Work with partners to identify and fulfill product and service requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Provide sales-related reports and support as required.
• Collaborate across functions to execute projects and deliver required products and services.
• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, market trends, and target achievement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in insurance, bancassurance, partner management, sales support, account management, or business development.
• Knowledge of insurance products, processes, and distribution channels would be an advantage.
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
