Sr. Specialist - AAGI Sales & Marketing - Phuket Branch

Responsible for expanding the customer base and performing marketing activities in accordance with the defined plan

• Recruit and select potential agents by identifying and approaching high-potential Broker/Agents, and conduct structured interviews.
• Educate Broker/Agents to better understand customers needs and develop the appropriate attitude toward the insurance business.
• Educate and promote the use of Underwriting Department resources, such as market analysis and underwriting support, to help Broker/Agents manage a profitable book of business.
• Communicate with Broker/Agents regarding new products and support the use of appropriate sales tools and promotional materials.
• Monitor Broker/Agents regular activities through activity management and assist them in developing activity strategies to meet customer service requirements, including claim inquiries and service requests.
• Provide necessary support to Broker/Agents in generating new business opportunities.
• Monitor the performance and financial status of Broker/Agents.
• Work closely with the Underwriting Team and Sales Support Unit to enhance new business opportunities.
• Develop business plans with the approval of the Branch Manager and BU Head, and meet or exceed business goals by implementing effective strategies.
• Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Knowledge of insurance and marketing principles.
• Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage.
