Overview of the Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Store Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, delivering operational excellence, managing profitability, and developing high-performing teams while ensuring exceptional brand standards and customer service.
What You Will Do
- Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
- Own and manage the store's P&L performance and key retail KPIs.
- Drive exceptional customer experience and service standards throughout the store.
- Oversee visual merchandising, commercial execution, and seasonal product launches.
- Manage inventory, stock accuracy, loss prevention, and operational compliance.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Build succession plans and develop future leaders within the business.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-focused store environment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
