Overview Of The Role

Responsible for operational excellence and full P&L management of the store. Ensures brand compliance and fosters a team environment to deliver brand values and exceptional customer service. Creates strategies to maximize store profitability and meet sales targets. Maintains high standards of visual presentation and stock control. Promotes a strong service culture and engages staff in continual improvement processes.

About the Role

What You Will Do:

• Drive sales performance by analysing KPIs, customer trends, competition, staffing needs, and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain strong brand, visual merchandising, product presentation, and store standards.
• Ensure effective stock management, replenishment, loss prevention, and SOP compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and implement service improvement plans.
• Maintain legal, safety, audit, security, and operational compliance across the store.
• Lead, engage, develop, and performance-manage employees while building succession and talent pipelines.
• Control manpower, shrinkage, and operating costs to improve productivity and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree required.
• Must possess retail experience, preferably with fashion brands.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience in management roles.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven track record in sales and customer management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
