The Role

We're looking for a Strategy, Senior Executive to support our strategy team across research, analysis, and creative direction. You'll help turn raw information into sharp insight — building the thinking that shapes decks, workshops, and briefs our creative and client teams rely on.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research and analyze market, category, and consumer trends to inform client strategy
• Build clear, well-structured strategy decks and presentation materials
• Support strategy leads in preparing and facilitating client workshops
• Contribute to creative briefings, helping translate strategic direction into actionable input for creative teams
• Synthesize findings from multiple sources into concise, insight-driven narratives
• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and account teams to ensure strategy carries through to execution
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging consumer behavior

• Clear, well-structured contributions that strategy leads can build on with minimal rework
• Insightful thinking that adds real value to a project, not just data compiled
• Decks and materials that are client-ready with light editing
• Growing ownership of workstreams over time

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in research, strategy, or planning roles (agency or consulting background preferred)
• Inquisitive and methodical — you dig past the obvious answer
• Strong written and visual communication skills; comfortable structuring a deck from a blank page
• Confident synthesizing large amounts of information into a clear point of view
• Eager to sharpen your thinking and take feedback well
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and industries at once
• Fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written)
