Role Summary
The TA Manager/Assistant Manager will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our BPO operations, focusing on high-volume scalability, specialized Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) roles, and AI-augmented hiring workflows. Your mission is to ensure we meet aggressive Day 1 training class targets while maintaining a high quality of hire and a mobile-first candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Volume Sourcing
- Ramp-up Management: Execute large-scale hiring plans (50–500+ hires per month) to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Multichannel Sourcing: Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, social media, employee referrals, and niche job boards to build a continuous talent pipeline.
- Campus & Community Partnering: Manage relationships with universities and local vocational centers for entry-level agent pipelines.
2. Technology & Process Innovation
- AI Integration: Oversee the implementation of AI recruitment agents for initial screening, 24/7 chatbot Q&A, and automated interview scheduling.
- Skills-Based Assessment: Design and monitor virtual simulations (e.g., live chat empathy tests, voice modulation, and logical reasoning) to ensure candidates are floor-ready.
- ATS Mastery: Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and 100% compliance with local labor laws and global data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act).
3. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Client Collaboration: Act as the TA point of contact for external clients during Request for Proposal (RFP) stages and business reviews.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Consult with Operations Managers to forecast headcount needs based on projected attrition and new business wins.
4. Branding & Candidate Experience
- Employer Branding: Promote the BPO as a Career narrative through localized marketing and Gen Z-focused engagement (WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.).
- NPS Management: Monitor the Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS) to ensure a transparent, fast, and respectful application journey.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a BPO/Call Center environment at a leadership level.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with AI-aided sourcing and automated assessment platforms
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Excel/PowerBI to translate recruitment data into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle high-pressure environments.
- Language proficiency: Good command in Thai, English. Chinese is a plus!
