The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate candidate data, and fostering strong collaboration with stakeholders, hiring managers, and regional Talent Acquisition teams. This role plays a key part in delivering quality hires, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience, and supporting broader Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Fulfillment & Talent Attraction
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both mass hiring and individual positions, ensuring timely and effective candidate placement.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business and role requirements and provide suitable talent solutions.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other talent pools, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends, compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and effective hiring strategies.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives as part of the recruitment strategy to attract and engage potential candidates.
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across recruitment trackers, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other relevant systems.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide data insights to support hiring decisions and Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from the Talent Acquisition Lead, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Ensure recruitment data is properly maintained and aligned with internal processes and requirements.
3. Stakeholder & Regional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment on hiring requirements, timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a smooth and positive hiring experience.
- Participate in regional sourcing, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment-related projects in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams across different markets.
- Contribute ideas and best practices to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall Talent Acquisition effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or multinational company environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- English proficiency at B2-C1 level in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Good understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
