Job Description

What You'll Do

  1. Own the overall relationship management and business development for strategic APAC enterprise accounts, serving as the primary senior contact.
  2. Build and manage the APAC regional sales pipeline, driving cross-market and cross-brand growth opportunities.
  3. Explore new markets, industries, and application scenarios across APAC, leading early-stage opportunity validation.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal strategy, client, technical, and product teams to drive the adoption and expansion of innovative solutions.
  5. Lead and coach local Sales / BD teams across markets to ensure alignment and execution of regional strategies.

What We're Looking For

  1. 6+ years of experience in B2B, digital services, MarTech, SaaS, or agency-related roles.
  2. Proven experience managing key enterprise or multi-market accounts, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  3. Strong business acumen and strategic integration capabilities.
  4. Demonstrated leadership and influence in cross-market team environments.
  5. Fluent in English, capable of delivering senior-level presentations and navigating cross-cultural communication.
  6. Bonus: Experience in luxury, retail or CRM; APAC market development experience.
