Assistant Manager, Key Account ( Restaurant)

What You'll Do

• Identify new business opportunities in the market and develop strategic plans for account acquisition.
• Prepare and maintain a 3–5-year new business pipeline across the Away From Home / On-Premise channel.
• Initiate long-term strategic account imperatives and develop commercial proposals for the acquiring process.
• Support the Team Leader in annual D&A planning for new business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leverage PepsiCo properties to build profitable deals for new accounts.
• Plan post-mix machine deployment and work with MEM to ensure smooth conversion for new customers.
• Work with the legal team to develop contracts and complete the signing process on time.
• Manage newly acquired accounts for at least 6 months to ensure PepsiCo delivers on all commitments made during pitching and ensure a smooth transition to KAM/KAE.

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
• Experience in the FMCG / Beverages / On-Premise channel is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
