Age Management Systems (AMS) Asia is a biotech company that operates through a network of innovation labs and clinical partners across Europe, Southeast Asia, South America and Japan. The company combines global expertise with local insights to develop world-class solutions in stem cell therapy, exosome technology, longevity, integrative oncology and regenerative medicine.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Junior or Mid level) located in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. The role involves identifying new b2b business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships. In other words we are looking for a Communication Manager who will reach out to clinics and doctors, introduce our biotech products and cosmetics, and help grow our network in Thailand: talk to target people present products schedule meetings follow up and build relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clinics, spa centers, and doctors.

- Do cold calls and cold visits to increase amount of contacts.

- Present exosomes, regenerative biotech products, and cosmetic line (training provided).

- Schedule meetings with clinic owners and medical directors.

- Follow up and build long-term relationships with clinics that need regular product supply.

Requirements (Very Simple):

1. Proactive. Means you take action without waiting.

You don't wait for your manager to remind you.

You plan your day, choose clinics to visit, and start conversations by yourself.

You take the first step to call, visit, present, follow up.

Example: You see a new wellness clinic opening you go in, introduce yourself, and talk about our products.

2. Truly interested in biotechnology, age management, and longevity.

You should be curious and want to learn, because you will introduce us, interest helps you to:

-explain products more confidently

-answer basic questions

-build trust with clinics and doctors

Example: After training, you can easily say what the product is, why it helps patients, and how the clinic can use it.

3. Reliable and responsible.

Show up on time

Keep your word

Record your contacts and follow up regularly

Finish your daily and weekly tasks

4. Strong communication. Connecting with people comes naturally.

Introduce products clearly

Make clinics feel comfortable

Build long-term relationships

Ask the right questions

Listen to what doctors/distributors need

Example: When you visit a clinic, you can easily start a friendly conversation, understand their needs, and explain how our products help them.

Compensation:

Base salary: depends on the skills and experience. First is a trial monthwith 10-15 mln VND plus performance rewards.

Performance rewards:

1. Payment for scheduled meetings.

2. Sales commission (high, ongoing, repeat purchases).
