We have several Finance Manager openings with partners in the international service and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional Profit & Loss performance, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Analyze variances, annual budgeting, identify risks/opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate filings in coordination with tax advisors and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of audits and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the region.
- Ensure timely submission of internal and external financial reports.
- Improve reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of financial management function.
- International entity financial management experience is a plus.
- CPD, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability and flexibility to adapt quickly to new requirements and change.
- Positive, Proactive and Results oriented.
- English Proficiency.
