Job Description
Location:Thailand
We're looking for a commercially minded General Manager who can look at the business end-to-end from product and pricing, to channels, team performance and overall P&L.
The Role
- Take ownership of the overall commercial direction and growth of the business
- Lead the Sales and Marketing teams, bringing both functions together as one commercial team
- Shape product and range strategy for the Thai market, including product mix, pricing and channel strategy
- Drive growth across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Dealers and E-commerce
- Own commercial targets and P&L, with a strong focus on sustainable business growth
- Work closely with the leadership team to turn market opportunities into practical commercial actions
- Develop and lead managers, building a strong and collaborative commercial team
What We're Looking For
- Strong relevant experience across product and commercial functions
- Background in Stationery, FMCG, Consumer Goods or a related consumer business
- Experience across both Sales and Marketing, ideally with experience managing managers
- Strong commercial judgement across product, pricing and channel decisions
- Good understanding of the Thai market, with strong relationships across Modern Trade and distribution channels
- Comfortable taking ownership of business targets and P&L
- Fluent in Thai and English
