Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will lead and grow our marketing team, develop data-driven marketing strategies ensuring that our company brands become a recognized and trusted name in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital, and performance channels.
- Own the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across major social media and other platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CTR, etc.), uncover insights, and adjust tactics to achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Implement attribution models and reporting systems to track user journeys from impression to enrollment.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Build a compelling brand narrative aligned with our mission, values, and product positioning.
- Develop integrated content strategies (blog, video, email, social) that resonate with parents and students in different markets.
- Oversee campaign creative direction and messaging consistency across channels.
Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Academic teams to understand the customer journey and ensure a consistent user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to support go-to-market launches, improve user acquisition flows, and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns and grow user bases in key markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in B2C tech startups, ideally in education, edtech, or family-oriented platforms. Possessing in-depth understanding on family segment customer behavior and/or kids education business is a major plus.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience of performance marketing, growth metrics, customer funnels, and A/B testing. Diverse experience on digital media platforms e.g. Facebook, Google, IG, TikTok etc.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Fluency in Thai and English language. Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven analysis skillset; comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, MS Excel and BI dashboards.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Passion for education and a deep empathy for parents and young learners.
