Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department heads to understand business needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Support manpower planning and workforce optimization aligned with production and business expansion plans.
- Support recruitment strategies for key positions and critical manpower needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development.
- Facilitate organizational restructuring and change management projects.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with HQ guidelines and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in multinational or Chinese-invested companies is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Chinese language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
