Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner to be based in Bangkok, supporting both Thailand and regional teams.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will work closely with leadership to align people strategies with business growth while ensuring strong HR fundamentals across recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, and organizational development. This position is ideal for HR professionals who thrive in fast-scaling environments and are motivated to build and refine HR structures that directly impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for Bangkok and regional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable HR initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for critical and senior roles.
  • Establish and optimize structured hiring processes and recruitment SOPs.

3. Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management, conflict resolution, and cultural alignment initiatives.
  • Advise managers on disciplinary matters and HR policy implementation.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee onboarding, probation management, confirmation, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll inputs and HR record management.
  • Ensure compliance with Thailand labour laws and internal company policies.

5. Performance, Culture & Development

  • Support OKR/KPI setting and quarterly performance review processes.
  • Strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and HR-related training initiatives.

6. HR Process Development & Optimization

  • Design and implement HR frameworks, SOPs, and workflows to support business expansion.
  • Enhance HR efficiency through improved systems and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Standardize HR practices while ensuring alignment with local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with Thailand labour laws; regional or cross-border HR experience is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building HR structures from the ground up.
