Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR management, or related field.
  • A degree in business, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner or Advisor.
  • Strong interpersonal skillsyou connect easily with people at all levels.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Curiosity and openness to adopting new technologies and AI-driven solutions to drive HR innovation.
