Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR management, or related field.
- A degree in business, HR, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally as a Business Partner or Advisor.
- Strong interpersonal skillsyou connect easily with people at all levels.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into action.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset that thrives in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
