Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering
- Provide HR support to business units and assist in implementing HR initiatives related to employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HR teams to support people-related activities and projects.
Organization Structure & Job Information
- Support updates of Job Descriptions, organization structures, and organization charts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business changes.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Support the coordination and administration of the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, performance reviews, and related processes across group companies.
- Assist in communicating PMS guidelines and timelines to managers and employees.
Talent Management Support
- Assist in coordinating talent review, succession planning, and development activities for key roles and employees.
- Maintain talent data and support preparation of related reports.
HR Data & Coordination
- Maintain HR data and support basic reporting related to performance, talent, and organizational updates.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and HR Operations to support HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner.
- Experience in Fintech, IT, or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Thai labor laws.
- Proven expertise in Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Change Management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and HR data analytics tools.
