Human Resources Business Partner

Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support both strategic and operational HR functions across the organization. This role will work closely with management and business teams to address workforce needs, while taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume and mass recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

• Partner with management on workforce planning and people-related matters.
• Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance, engagement, and organizational development.
• Identify people-related challenges and recommend practical HR solutions.
• Implement and improve of HR policies and processes.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns based on business and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates on hiring status and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent communities.

Qualifications

• Thai speaker with fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in BPO, technology, or project-based environments is a plus.
